French students performing the national dance of Estonia

     On Thursday most of the Estonians had to go to the lessons but a smaller group went to the science museum „Ahhaa” with our French friends. After their visit to the museum we met at school and had some time to go home and relax before the party at the evening. 

     So when the time was seven o’clock we headed back to school. We had a concert and party with our group and the Dutch group. But for our surprise the French students wanted to go to school earlier to practice dancing the Estonian national dance. So quite soon after we had arrived at school we saw our friends walking around in the national clothes of Estonia. It was really interesting. They performed the dance and got a great response from us.

       In the break we could all eat different snacks and soon after the concert started. The performers were mostly students from our school and everybody enjoyed it a lot. Mostly the performers sang and danced.
     When the concert was over we could basically do what we wanted. Some of us decided to eat and talk to their friends but a larger group danced in the assembly room. The room was dark and there were great light visuals in the ceiling. The fun evening passed. And when the clock was past eleven and the time had flown quickly we went to our homes to rest after the tiring day.

     Thursday evening was meaningful for me. It was my duty to plan the whole evening and I was super happy and relieved when everything turned out fine. It was a great pleasure to see that everybody was enjoying themselves.
