Tuesday, the 20th of March

The teachers
On Tuesday we left Amboise and went to see other stunning places nearby. Our favourite was problaly the Chambord castle, it was extremely impressive! After we had admired it from inside and outside, we had a lovely picnic on the lawn. Although the weather was lovely and life was great, there were too many earthworms... That was awful.
After leaving Chambord, we went to visit Blois’. It’s a really nice town with its lovelycastle. We were also given a couple of hours to do a little bit of shopping there. That was also nice. When we got back to the bus, we had a minute of silence to grieve people who got shot by the terrorist. It was a really sad minute. After that we went back to Amboise, in the evening we did different activities.

Kristiina’s Tuesday
On Tuesday we visited the Chambord castle, had a picnic in front of it (where some Japanese took photos of us) and later visited Blois. The weather was very warm, we saw many beautiful buildings and places and had a good time.
After we came back to school some of us went to Tours. I was there with my correspondent Lucile, Laurina, Monika, Liisa, Elo Tuule and their correspondents. In Tours we went shopping, walked, talked and laughed a lot. When we were shopping, we weren't together all the time so we made an appointment where to meet. When the time came we understood that there were some misunderstandings and Elo and Liisa were lost. So here comes the funny part, I asked Elo where they were, translated that in English, the French were discussing in French, translated that back to English and I tried to explain to Elo where to go in Estonian. It was quite difficult to recall the words in right language but luckily soon we met Elo and Liisa. Then we went together to McDonald's, ate there and laughed a lot. Finally we took a train to Amboise and went to our homes. We had a wonderful time there.
